Introduction
Ramiven 150mg tablet is used in postmenopausal women with HR-positive, HER-negative advanced, or metastatic breast cancer. Ramiven 150mg tablet is also used in combination with fulvestrant in women with HR-positive, HER negative advanced, or metastatic breast cancer. Ramiven 150mg tablet is indicated as a monotherapy in women with HR-positive, HER negative advanced, or metastatic breast cancer with disease progression following endocrine therapy.
The most common side effects include diarrhea, neutropenia, nausea, abdominal pain, infections, fatigue, anemia, leukopenia, decreased appetite, vomiting, headache, alopecia, and thrombocytopenia.
The safety and effectiveness of Ramiven 150mg tablet are not established in pediatric patients.

Pregnancy:
Ramiven 150mg tablet may cause harm to the unborn child when given to pregnant women.
Breastfeeding :
Breastfeeding must be avoided during treatment with Ramiven 150mg tablet and at least 3 weeks after the last dose.
Driving:
If the patient is tired or, dizzy special precautions should be taken while driving.
Allergy:
Discontinue the medicine in case of allergy to it or to its contents.
How to Use
Take Ramiven 150mg tablet as directed by the physician. Ramiven 150mg tablet is taken with or without food, and the tablet is swallowed as a whole. Crushing, splitting of tablets must be avoided. The dose should be taken at the same time every day. In case of a missed dose, take the next scheduled dose and don’t double the dose. Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice.

Storage
Store Ramiven 150mg tablet at 20°C-25°C (68°F to 77°F) and excursions is allowed to 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F).
